Responsibilities
* Conduct a comprehensive technical review of the SPARK platform, including server functionality, LMS configuration, mobile application performance, offline synchronization, and content integration.
* Provide technical advice on new digital applications to the Learning & Innovation Programme.
* Support the internal digitalization processes and operations of institutions and agencies.
* Review, update and enhance the digitalization guidelines developed by the Learning and Innovation Programme.
* Finalize newly localized eLearning modules in Urdu by incorporating findings from pilot exercises and expert feedback, ensuring linguistic, pedagogical, and technical quality, and upload the final versions onto the platform.
* Coordinate with the UNODC Learning & Innovation development team to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent content management across both the Pakistan-specific and global SPARK platforms.
* Support the planning and implementation of the national rollout, including liaising with eLearning centres to verify readiness, training site managers, and facilitating knowledge transfer for a technically sound and operationally sustainable launch.
* Provide helpdesk and operational support guidance to ensure smooth functionality and user support during and after platform deployment.
