A bit about the role
We're on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of the TechnologyOne OneCouncil ERP Solution at the City of Casey. This role is all about working closely with stakeholders to understand current processes, gather and analyse business requirements, and contribute to the design and delivery of fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
You’ll play a key role in discovery workshops, user story development, solution configuration, testing, and change support, all while ensuring we leverage standard system functionality to reduce risk and accelerate delivery. What you’ll deliver
* Facilitate discovery workshops to map current processes, identify pain points, and document business requirements.
* Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and business analysis artifacts aligned with best practice.
* Support solution design, configuration, and user acceptance testing for the OneCouncil ERP system.
* Contribute to change management activities including training material development and stakeholder engagement.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, maintain program artifacts, and ensure high‑quality delivery of key milestones.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience delivering business analysis in complex transformation projects and ERP implementations.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills across all levels of an organization.
* Ability to write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria using Agile best practices.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, plus a proactive, outcomes‑focused mindset.
* Willingness to undergo pre‑employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Psychometric Testing.
* A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.
