Primary Purpose of Role
The Head of Technology is responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy to enable scalable growth across multiple countries. This includes supply chain operations. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Technology aligns technology investment with business priorities, fosters innovation, and builds the foundational capabilities required to support rapid international expansion. The role oversees the development, implementation, and management of programs that cultivate a strong security culture across our client’s Group companies, ensuring that technology operations remain reliable, resilient, and secure with effective incident and change management processes in place. It also provides leadership over cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance practices aligned with global standards, while implementing scalable support models and vendor partnerships across multiple geographies. In addition, the Head of Technology develops and leads a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentoring to drive continual performance improvement and operational excellence.

Technical Skills Required

* Define and implement a multi-year technology roadmap that supports business growth, international expansion, and operational efficiency.
* Establish a modern, modular, and secure architecture (cloud-first, API-driven, data-enabled) that enables rapid scaling and innovation.
* Drive digital transformation across B2B, B2C, and back-office functions.
* Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the program to ensure that all projects contribute to the overall achievement of the program.
* Guide strategic decision making and investment priorities.
* Ensure alignment with strategic architecture roadmaps and Business outcomes.
* Impact assessment, risk and issue management, funding, change management and Business readiness.
* Define metrics to measure the success of all initiatives.
* Assist technology team to identify, recommend and deliver improvements to strengthen internal controls or mitigate gaps that represent risk.

* Prepare and manage the client technology budget allocated ensuring cost effectiveness and ROI.
