The Opportunity
WARRRL is growing and with the rollout of our new strategic plan we are looking for more trailblazers to help us deliver it!
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Network Delivery Team as our next Contract Manager. Reporting to the Network Contract Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, managing performance, and fostering strong relationships with our Refund Point Operators (RPOs). With over 65 RPOs situated across Western Australia, these operators are at the heart of our container recovery network, and you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring they meet compliance, safety and performance standards while supporting them to deliver outstanding services and promoting effective use of systems and processes.
Responsibilities
* Operational Management – Oversee all aspects of RPO performance and compliance, including site standards, safety, and contractual KPIs. Conduct annual reviews, site inspections, and coordinate mobilisation/demobilisation of refund points.
* Strategic Planning – Contribute to and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and project implementations to enhance network efficiency and effectiveness.
* Contract Management – Conduct annual business reviews on RPO contract, KPI performance and improvement plans.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with RPOs and internal teams, provide clear communication of standards and initiatives, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
This is a full-time opportunity, based in Subiaco, ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence and committed to driving network success through compliance and relationship management. This role will require regional travel on a quarterly basis. A current driver’s licence and own vehicle are essential.
About you
You will be an excellent relationship builder, with strong operational acumen and a passion for driving compliance and service quality. In addition, you will have experience in the following:
* A Current driver’s licence and your own vehicle (essential)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and solve problems effectively.
* Demonstrated experience applying systems, processes, and tools to improve operational outcomes.
* A collaborative approach with the ability to work well in a team environment and with external partners.
* Experience in operations or customer-oriented roles (desirable)
