Overview
Management Consultant Test Management – Technical management of test teams, definition of test strategy and overall responsibility for successful test activities. You are also responsible for building long‑term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic test management including process improvement.
* Cross‑process coordination (release, requirements, etc.).
* Definition of an overarching test strategy.
* Success of all test activities.
* Successful customer relationship management and pre‑sales support.
* Mentor figure for other colleagues.
Qualifications
* 7 years of experience in software testing, responsible test manager.
* High customer and service orientation, strong communication up to C‑level.
* Experienced in leading and coaching project teams.
* Experience in expanding customer relationships / sales.
* Expert knowledge of processes, methods, software development and project management (Scrum, error management, fundamental test process).
* Confident in dealing with critical project situations.
* Business fluent German (C1) and ISTQB Advanced tester plus ideally IREB or PSM/PSPO.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role under the IT collective agreement is € 3,175. Compensation is defined jointly depending on qualifications and experience.
