About the DWS P.A.C.E. program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.

About the Client Coverage division Austria
The Client Coverage Division (CCD) Austria provides asset management solutions based on the individual risk, return and liquidity preferences of the clients.
CCD offers all sorts of investment products and tailor‑made solutions for clients stemming from the active, passive, alternative or solutions platform. To service these clients in the most comprehensive way, we engage with a diverse range of investors, including asset managers, banks, family offices, insurers, pensions and digital platforms.
The Xtrackers Team is responsible for distributing one of Europe’s leading ETF and ETC platforms to clients across the UK. Furthermore, the team is tailoring specific solutions to institutional clients often invested via Passive Mandates.
We’re looking for
* Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Curiosity and eagerness to understand financial markets
* Pre-existing market & investment knowledge (preferred, but not required)
* Strong analytical skills
* Ease at analyzing complex data and drawing out meaningful insights
* A well‑organized and structured approach to problem‑solving
* Attention to details without losing track of a bigger picture
* A working style that demonstrates strong attention to detail and quality
* Proficiency in German and English required, Slavic languages are beneficial
* You must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026.
The annual gross salary for this position is for 38.5 hours € 69.300,00.
