Klosterneuburg, near Vienna, Austria – 50 % remote possible. €54,000 gross per year. Position available until 31.12.2026 as a maternity leave replacement.
Responsibilities
* Lead the project management of the Institute’s new website, acting as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and an external agency to align requirements, meet quality targets, and ensure timely delivery.
* Embed the new website in the editorial and institutional processes for multi‑channel communication, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with strategic goals.
* Contribute to the development of communication concepts and storytelling strategies, helping shape how ISTA presents its research and institutional identity across platforms.
Profile
* Completed higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Media Studies, Public Relations/Corporate Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or similar).
* Several years of proven communications experience.
* Solid project management skills, ideally with experience leading complex communication projects.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
* High affinity for science and its communication across a channel portfolio.
* Confident in storytelling and developing audience‑specific editorial content for diverse platforms.
* Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
* High degree of hands‑on mentality and service orientation.
* Open, inclusive, and sensitive communication.
