Senior Business Analyst

Location - 6 PSQ, Parramatta
Employment type - Temporary full time for 4 months with a possibility of extension
Salary - 129,464 -- $142,665 pa plus superannuation and leave loading
What you’ll do
As part of the Senior Business Analyst role you will:
* Plan, support, and deliver business analysis for approved initiatives.
* Review and analyse business intentions, services, and processes to identify and document user requirements for new solutions and enhancements.
* Develop strategies for continuous monitoring and improvement of business analysis practices.
* Build and manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation to define requirements and enable informed decisions.
* Contribute to project plans, including implementation, change management, user acceptance testing, and training.
* Provide clear, plain‑language advice on technical issues to non‑technical audiences.
What we’re looking for
* Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience in business analysis.
* Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation.
* Advanced problem‑solving skills with the ability to extract complex business needs into practical solutions.
* Experience in project management and delivering results in dynamic environments.
* Knowledge of business process improvement, requirements definition, and change management methodologies.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across diverse teams and external vendors.
