We’re looking for an Accountant who shares that same mindset, someone who values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and who takes pride in ensuring the financial integrity that supports our global growth.
As part of our Finance team, you’ll work closely with the Finance Manager to prepare and analyse financial reports, maintain compliance across our international entities, and develop scalable processes that enable Cullen to continue expanding. You’ll join a small but high‑performing team that champions both excellence and wellbeing, where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your growth is genuinely supported.
What You’ll Do:
* Conduct reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy across accounts.
* Support payroll queries and act as a backup for payroll processing.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly reports, budgets, forecasts, and audits.
* Partner with the Finance Manager to provide insights that align financial performance with strategic goals.
* Manage communications with external bookkeepers for all global entities.
* Support lease management, insurance renewals, and scalable process documentation.
* Stay up to date with accounting standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it).
* Experience in payroll, reconciliations, and/or statutory compliance.
* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and proficiency in accounting software (Xero experience a plus).
* A strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A growth mindset and genuine care for the people you work with.
