HR Specialist - Payroll and Employee Enquiries (f/m/d) Your Tasks * Data and compliance control and payroll preparation for Austrian and potentially Swiss market * Collaborate with external payroll provider(s) * Preparation work for maintaining and updating the salary structure and bonus systems and incorporating them into payroll calculations * Collecting data on work time and absences and feeding them into the payroll process * Providing inputs for benefits such as health insurance, pension plans and other employee benefits * Providing inputs for registration, amendment and termination processes in cooperation with local HR departments and external payroll provider * Supporting employees with questions regarding benefits and compensation * Collaborate with teams, such as recruitment, to ensure up-to-date and complete employee data and keep it updated in accordance with changes * Create payroll and benefits reports for management, HR departments and other institutions * Participate in the implementation of additional HR projects and tasks Your Profile * Completed commercial education (HAK, HBLA, HAS, Bachelor or similar) * Successful completion of the payroll accountant examination for Austria is an advantage * Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained within the Austrian (or Swiss) market * Knowledge and/or experience of payroll rules, tax regulations and benefit programs are a must * Fluency in English and German, confidence to work in an international environment * High attention to detail and precision in operations * Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive data * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as highly developed communication andinterpersonal skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment Our Offer * A diverse position, limited for 2 years, either part-time (e.g 20h/week) or fulltime (38h/week) * Flexible working hours, home office and international career opportunities * Very good public transportation connection, free public transport ticket, meal support as well as many other social benefits YOUR BENEFITS * Buddy and Mentoring * International Work Environment * Flexible Working Hours * Attractive Salary Salary The salary depends on the position and your qualifications and starts at EUR 3.395,16 (full time) per month, an overpayment depends on qualification and experience If you've come this far it seems we've caught your interest.
